I ordered this hoodie the moment I found out my little dachshund had lung cancer. I wanted something cozy and comforting after he passed to remind me of him. Other retailers simply have portraits in B&W and they're far more simple -- SweaterHound can do full body and full color. I sent several photos, and they designed the image straight from them. They sent a proof and I was able to make a few adjustments, then they quickly edited and sent me the perfect draft. I received the hoodie shortly after my pup passed, and it's such a sweet way to remember him. The quality is great...the hoodie is just Gildan, which was slightly surprising, but it's soft and fits well. And the stitching of the dog is flawless. And I love the size of it! Not too big but not too small. I'm so glad I purchased this and highly recommend SweaterHound! Finally, the customer service is excellent. Highly responsive and kind.

The revision process of the artwork was so easy and simple -- the proof looked great, we just had a few small tweaks for our pup that were a bit hidden in the photos we submitted. The end result was exactly what we wanted, and Amy was very responsive over email. We also ordered the products on Christmas Eve, and despite the holiday madness and revisions to the design, we received the final product on Feb 1. This seemed like a very reasonable timeline to us. The only thing that seemed a little off was the sizing of the sweatshirt -- we followed the size guide when ordering, but on the recipient (it was a gift), the sweatshirt was a little small (believe we ordered a Medium for a 6' tall, lean guy). Very soft and comfortable, and looked nice. It just isn't big enough to wear much more than a t-shirt underneath-- but if you want a streamlined look and light layer, this should be good.
Would buy more Sweater Hound gear in the future!
