How it's made
- You upload a photo of your pet.
- We create the portrait — AI-assisted, then finished and checked by Amy.
- You get a preview by email. Ask for changes as many times as you like.
- When you approve it, it prints and ships. Nothing prints without your approval.

Questions we get asked
Can I see it before it prints?
Yes — always. A preview arrives by email. You can ask for changes as many times as you like, and nothing prints until you say so.
Is my photo good enough?
Most are. Face clearly visible, decent light, whole head and ears in frame. If we can't work from it we'll email you for another before anything is made.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us what to change — there's no limit on revisions before you approve. If it arrives damaged, we replace it. Because every portrait is made for your pet, we can't take returns once it's printed.
Can I put more than one pet on it?
Up to four. Pick the number on the first step; each extra pet is $10, $15 or $20. Send one clear photo per pet.
Dogs only?
Dogs and cats. Another kind of pet? Email us first — we usually can.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. US $15, Canada $23, everywhere else priced at checkout. Digital downloads are emailed.
