The approval step

Every order goes through it. It's why people trust a gift they haven't seen yet.

  1. You order and upload one photoRight on the product page.
  2. We email you the designThe knit design for blankets, sweaters and pillows; the finished portrait for canvases.
  3. You ask for changes, or approveWe don't start until you say yes.
  4. We make it and ship itKnitted pieces 3–4 weeks after approval; canvases about 1–2 weeks.

The questions people ask before ordering

Will it really look like my pet?

You'll see it before anything is made. If the ears, markings or colors are off, reply to the email and tell us. We revise until it's right.

What if I don't like the design?

Tell us what to change. Nothing is made until you approve.

My photos aren't great. Will that work?

One clear photo where the face is visible is enough, and phone photos are fine. If yours won't work, we'll tell you and ask for another before going further.

Are the portraits AI?

AI-assisted, then finished and checked by Amy. You approve the final portrait before it's printed.

How much is shipping?

US shipping is $10–15 on knitted pieces and $15 on canvases, shown at checkout.
