    We send you the knit design. Ask for changes as many times as you like. Nothing is knitted until you approve.

  3. We knit it and ship it

    Your blanket ships 3–4 weeks after you approve the design.

What kind of photo works best?

A well-lit photo where you can see your dog's face and markings. A phone photo is fine. If it won't work, we'll tell you before anything is made.

What if the design isn't quite right?

Reply to the approval email and tell us what to change. We revise it until you're happy, and only then do we knit.

Can I do a cat?

Yes. Cats work the same way: one photo, approve the design, then we knit.
