A clear phone photo with the face in view is plenty. We design from it; you check it before a stitch is knitted.
Pay first. Then reply to your confirmation email with a photo of your dog and the color you want.
We send you the knit design. Ask for changes as many times as you like. Nothing is knitted until you approve.
Your blanket ships 3–4 weeks after you approve the design.

A well-lit photo where you can see your dog's face and markings. A phone photo is fine. If it won't work, we'll tell you before anything is made.
Reply to the approval email and tell us what to change. We revise it until you're happy, and only then do we knit.
Yes. The blanket is $198. Until Sunday Nov 1, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern, or earlier if the first 100 orders are gone, the button takes $89 off each eligible blanket at checkout. It cannot be combined with another discount. Shipping is $15 in the US; tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Before you approve the design, nothing has been made: email hello@sweaterhound.com and we cancel the order and refund it in full. That includes a photo we cannot work from. Once you approve, the blanket is knitted for you, so it cannot be returned. If anything is wrong with what arrives, email us and we make it right. Refund policy.
Our artists start as soon as your photo arrives and the design comes to the email you ordered with, usually within a few days. No confirmation email within an hour? Check spam, then email hello@sweaterhound.com with your photo and your order number, and for any question at any point.
